These are not mine, these are someone else's just thought it was a good deal wanted to give someone a shot to purchase them.

The guys is asking 240 for them, I'm trying to find out the size just incase someone wants to scoop them up. If it wouldn't be for money I'd buy them but no cash flow right now figured someone might want them. Looks like they might have been plasti-dipped possibly? I'm trying to get better details on them such as the size, I would assume there 15x8? Also trying to find out if they come with or without tires too.
