Looks interesting. Appears to be similar to carpet padding.

i have used it before it does work pretty well but if you ever get it wet it will hold the water forever. its basicly the same thing the factory used with some aluminium foil added. you can buy the same stuff at pep boys

So that would be a no go...what Bout there 1 inch thick sound deadning vinyl?

Not sure on the vinyl, but if you are looking for a cheaper way to insulate your truck, go to http://www.sounddeadener.com/ they have the cheapest prices on insulation.

Fatmat is what im running.. $130 for 100sq. Ft. Doubled up most of my cab and had extra..

ha typo but there is some on another site though and i guess ill go fatmatt or something im on a real tight budget
