And I agree, that is one good looking truck.

I like the factory Grille over that other thing which really does look like Grill! (used for outdoor cooking)

i had the BBQ grill too when i got my truck. then i had a 7-74 chevy grille and now a 73-74 gmc grille. i really do like the look of the 81-82 grilles.

My main question was.. do i need to order more than just the grill from lmc, or does it come with the filler strip for no badge like the blue truck pictured.

not too clear what it would look like on LMC page.

The strip is built into the grille. No bolt on trim for the 81-82 grilles.

does putting this grill on an 86 require all those other parts as well? the headlight bezels and the moulding as well?
i think i saw somewhere that you need some same year lower brace? but if you could give all the other parts needed as well i'd appreciate it since I haven't seen the other beat to death threads...

what other user owns that blue truck?

the bezels are different, but they are pretty cheap to switch out. Not sure about the mounting though, i would think its all the same for a dual headlight setup.

ok... so I would need the 81-82 dual headlight bezels? what about the chrome moulding around the grill?

I think the other trim can stay the same, even your old bezels will fit but would not have the same look as the 81 style.

I could be wrong though..
