dash cluster bezel paint
 

I just scored a tach dash cluster with a rare air pressure gage. I have a new repop cluster bezel and I need to paint the face of it black.

What type of paint should I use? semi flat? or satin black? I'm open to suggestions to obtain a nice rich looking shade.
