Ever ship a hood?
 

I just got asked to find a good hood for a 87 stepside.
1) are all the hoods for 81-87 the same?
2) what would be a good truck line to ship it thru?
3) will they help me box it up?

1) yes , other than the hood ornaments or lack there of .
2) I was told greyhound would do them too but not with the numbers I plugged into their website. It would have to be truck freighted and trust me whoever wanted won't want it when they see what that costs.
3) Heck NO!

I usually use beaver exspress to ship my hoods. But you can check with your local body shops and see who they use. In the end thought it might be cheeper, just to by a new one.
