86 Suburban Worth?

Hello kind folks...

I'm looking at an 86 Surburban. Its has the diesel with automatic and power everything.
Even has the 3rd row of sests. The clearcoat is peeling but no real rust.
It has around 150 thousand miles.

What is it worth?

C10 not worth much compared to a K20 Sub.

Value is all in the details like interior trim and maintenance items.

The maintenance is great. Old mechanic who bought it new. Originally to pull a camper and haul the family. He is now legally blind and can't drive now. Was thinking of offering him a thousand for it.
