Re: Left Outer Floor Section and Left Rocker
I'm not trying to be a pain here. All they asked for were shipping quotes. I said I wanted them. If they wanted them and didn't care what shipping was, they would have said they wanted them. Forum rules say the first one to actually say they want them, gets them. You said 80 shipped. Where should I send the money?

Re: Left Outer Floor Section and Left Rocker
I know. I wasn't trying to be abrasive. It comes off that way sometimes through typed text. I guess if you would feel more comfortable waiting on the other guy to respond, we can. My wife says I need to work on my people skills. She's prolly right. Haha

Re: Left Outer Floor Section and Left Rocker
I just got your PM, Looks like I missed out. Maybe for the better, looks like some people on here get a little up tight when it comes to saving $10 dollars on a part. LOL Glad you got them sold buddy.

Re: Left Outer Floor Section and Left Rocker
1. they are guidelines not set in stone rules...

Re: Left Outer Floor Section and Left Rocker
I don't see how jumping in front of one of your fellow members just because you used the words "I'll take it" could be good etiquette...especially when in the same sentence you are not accepting the part/price as posted by making an offer. Also,it appears in PM you asked for a shipping quote "after" you said "I'll take it". It seems childish to me to think you can grab a part out from a fellow member because you used a particular phrase. And I say this to all. It seems to me a person needs to know the cost including shipping before they can commit. Sometimes it's additional info is needed,or better pictures,or any picture at all. Sellers don't always give sufficient info/pictures initially. I've also seen where Mr. Eager jumps in and says "I'll take it" over top of others who wanted a picture before a picture is shown. Once the picture was shown they decided they didn't want it. My thoughts on that are,"But,you already committed, didn't you?". Works both ways, right? This place is supposed to be a community of fellow GM Truck lovers and I don't see where stepping on our fellow's toes fits in with that vibe. I think a person who shows interest and has some questions should have first rights and if you really want the part no matter what...no pendings...you should post,"I'll take it if so & so passes". That makes your reply a solid commitment. The fact is,they got there first and anything else is buying out from under them.

Re: Left Outer Floor Section and Left Rocker
Just refund me and sell it to the other guy. Some must have missed my post where I said that I had gone about it wrong and didn't mind waiting on the other guy. Everybody is wrong every now and then. I apologize for having a bad day and jumping the gun. Its apparent that being human around here is sometimes unacceptable.

Re: Left Outer Floor Section and Left Rocker
And I was saying I'll take it to the rocker and offering on both. It was two separate deals.
