Big block motor gurus, info help???

Can anyone help me out and tell me for sure what this came out of, here are front pad numbers, I can't see the back pad casting numbers yet.
TO202CTB 12J209360, it looks like it has a factory high rise intake on it. It has a spun bearing previous owner said. Any idea what its worth? Thanks for any help, Randy

CTB is 1972 car full size, 402 & 396, manual or auto, 210 & 240 HP. What is the casting number of the intake?

That manifold was used on most Chevy full sized cars, Cevelle, Vettes, El Caminos, Novas, Camaros, from 1966-69. Quarda Jet manifold, in real nice shape you can get upwards of $200 bucks.

Re: Big block motor gurus, info help???

The HP rating was a dressed, installed number. The longblock was the same for both numbers. At this point you need to remember with an incorrect intake all bets are off until proven otherwise. Might pull the intake and find a casting date so you know what year it is. As to the long block ID the head casting numbers and date codes. If they are correct they may be original to the block. Roll it over and check the crank too. If you have the exhaust manifolds with AIR fittings, look up those casting numbers and dates.

Like I thought ("...all bets are off until proven otherwise") a collection. The good news is they are all external parts and the short block might be an intact, grouped LS3 assembly from 72.
But to determine that you will need the crank rod and cam numbers.

Thanks Dave, Especially for the price right?
Need to dig for it but somewhere I might still have the block numbers off your truck verifying it was a correct L47/NE2.
