I got my Moog ball joints from Summit with free shipping on orders over $100. You might beat their prices but shipping is gonna add some too.

Re: ball joints?

I just installed MOOG LBJ and UBJ from Summit.

MOOG LBJ looks good. Boot rubber looks and feels better than Perfect Circle LBJ I installed in 2006. I like MOOG boot grease over flow design for street application; maybe not for serious off road because it has grease vent which may take on muddy water when forging rivers. Suppose it'd be ok if greased after playing in some muddy water. Perfect Circle had a manufacturing defect which caused premature wear and boot dry rotted premature. MOOG press fit area is ribbed unlike OEM. I suppose rib could come in handy if LCA is a little loose. Don't know if ribs will wear out LCA faster.

MOOG UBJ has a nice boot as well. The 4 bolts have enough slop for about 0.5 degrees camber adjust; unlike the nearly press fit OEM rivets. So far the UBJ is staying put; I painted around UBJ for movement tattle tell.

MOOG tie rod end boots look and feel very nice; has MOOG logo.

My opinion is Raybestos or Moog is the best. I prefer Raybestos. Grease boots are attached on the uppers and have a lock ring on the lower. Rockauto has good prices on both. You won't go wrong with either brand.

Just got some Moogs from RockAuto.com myself, cheapest I could find, even with shipping.

Don't forget to check Amazon for your Moog parts. They have free shipping on orders over 25 dollars. A few months ago I bought a set of Moog upper and lowers for a 73-87 truck from them and it wound up being cheaper than Rockauto and even Summit.

You can also get a heck of a discount on parts by using Advance Auto Parts online discount codes. I saved a lot of money rebuilding the front suspension of my old '93 S-10 doing that. I also used Moog parts as well. Check out retailmenot.com for the discount codes. All I did was confirm part #'s, enter them on Advance's website, submit to the shopping cart, & check out. Depending on the codes you use & parts you need, you can also create multiple orders combining various parts to take advantage of the best/biggest discounts possible. And no shipping if it's available in your local store; & you can pick up the order within an hour. An added bonus for me is I can link to Advance's website through my Discover card to get 5% cash back towards my purchase.

Advance will also price match Rock Auto. I just did that earlier today. You just have to either chat with them online or contact them via phone. Once the transaction is complete, just pick up the part in-store if available.
