What is this tool?
1 Attachment(s)
I was at an auction yesterday and bought a couple of work lights that were bundled with this old and strange tool. Anyone know what it is?

Re: What is this tool?
I'm thinking along the lines of a jack or some kind of press. But a guy would need Popeye arms to put much torque on the handle, if so. How big is it?
But yeah, PawPaw will know, or will know who does know. |

Re: What is this tool?
I have 2 of those. They are for the split rims on my 1919 Dodge Brothers car. Crank it down and the rim goes inside itself at the split seam and you can get the tyre and tube off and on.
