That will handle the electrical for tach with gauges. It only supplies lights to the tach, as the tach has a separate wiring harness. You would need the tach, lens for the cluster, printed circuit and the tach and guage tins that all of this mounts in.

If I were you, I would look for an instrument cluster that one of the board members has for sale and buy a completed unit. Hope that helps. Thanks, Dan
