Can anyone identify this front suspension?

Bought this truck, it's a 70 c10. Looks like the guy added a new front end with disc brakes and power steering, coil spring but not sure exactly what vehicle it came from. It has 5 lug nuts, looks like normal Chevy lug pattern. Thanks!

looks like the PO used 71 up spindles, tie rods and ball joints. The control arms are the same.
