I tried a search but it isn't working for some reason..

I want to replace my light switch, i know there is a button on the top side that needs to be depressed to remove the shaft but its not releasing, is there a trick to this?? Thanks!

Pull the light switch out like the lights will be on then depress the button down and then it should come out. Hope this helps. Make sure you undo the battery first or your battery will run down. Hope this helps.

^2 and then they can sometimes stick. You may have to give it a shot of WD40 or PB Blaster and work it a little also.
