Truck was just going to get paint.... Ended as a frame off. Some quick details: paint was match to original take off gate. Intro twisted vista six wheels, had guy at work build new caps with 50th anniversary rather than intro, original mirrors replaced with swan necks and billet base in stock bolt pattern to accept them or stock mirrors. 3/16 stainless brake lines and braided flex hose for 4 wheel disk from speedway motors. Chevrolet mid length headers into 2.5 black jet hot coated pipes and aero chamber mufflers. 3.73 posi, 383 small block- Brodix heads roller rockers scat crank and rods, quick fuel 750 cfm carb msd 6 al wires and distributor.

does that mean it's time to cull the med olive k10 super from that herd??? Ha! Just checkin, in case it's getting crowded over there... The 68 is GORGEOUS! Love the approach you took - the engine compartment is incredible and very tastefully done. You're going to enjoy winning some shows with that thing. Ok, every show. Congrats.

I absolutely love 50th year trucks. I love the color scheme. If I had a 68 I would build a 50th year truck. Great job looks amazing. I have always liked those valve covers, look great match painted
