So ive looked around for a solid turbo kit, and all i have come across is Banks and Wrenchrat or the cheap ebay kits. Has anyone found any other ones? im not looking to push 1000hp, and im hoping to find something around the $2k range.

Gonna have build your own kit for that much. See what turbos people are running in setups similar to what you want on the turbo forums. Ssautochrome sells turbo manifolds.

Depending where in Houston you are, give a shop called Serious HP a call or e-mail them they can give you a quote of what it'll cost to get done.
