Re: new radiator
Get a new radiator from your local auto house. Reasonable price, direct bolt in, and if something goes wrong it's easy to return.

Re: new radiator
I'm dropping a new ZZ4 in mine also. I purchased a 2 row aluminum from ebay, which is American made and was around $200.
What transmission are you using? Here's a pic of my ZZ4. http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...p/IMG_0254.jpghttp://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...p/IMG_0253.jpghttp://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...p/IMG_0252.jpg |

Re: new radiator
Here's a link to the aluminum 2 row radiator I purchased. I haven't installed it yet, but it should drop right in. The quality looks very good.
