Well, I just purchased this baby from a fellow user on the forum. It was a long Haul back to Texas where we live. I am very excited to have this truck as my new project. Thanks Matt, I'll take good care of her.:metal:

That looks to be the same color as my Jimmy unless its just the lighting. So now that makes 2 i've seen that color. Mine is a late '90s model jeep green but i think it looks way better on these trucks. I am always getting compliments on the color. Nice blazer by the wat

Well, here are a few pictures with the top on, as well as the side trim I added as well as 40 series Flowmasters and 2 1/2" exhaust.
I also installed the tailgate trim but forgot to take a picture of it. I had planned on putting an LS1 in it but I am working on a 406 small block instead, I really like the old school approach to this "Green Machine", hell; even the color has grown on me.

I absolutely love that green! Great looking Blaze!

As was said before. Don't look like it needs a lot. Congrats. That 406 will be all she needs. I've contemplated a bigger engine or ls swap but with all the extra work involved I think a built small block is great in it as is. I'm not trying to race mine around anymore either. Fun cruiser. Enjoy.

Where did you get the trim? OEM or aftermarket?
Thank you.

Did you get the trim that sticks on or the clip style? I've been thinking about adding it to mine.
And how do you like the 40 series? Is it too loud on the inside with them? I got a different series because I was worried about how loud they would be.

I have the clip style and its a bit more work but its quite a bit more rigid.

The 40 series turned out with the bells on them sound really good and do not resinate inside the cab as long as you make sure the pipes exit from out of the vehicle far enough to clear the floors. I really enjoy the rumble, especially when you stand on it!

That's a sweet Blazer! That green looks so much better than the green "something or other" that was painted on my Blazer.

Thank you, I was going to repaint it but I waited just long enough for it to grow on me. Now she's the green machine. lol:metal:

Looks nice as is. Good driver. I like a build small block as well. Big block would be more work than I wanna do on mine. That and I already only get 8-12 mpg.

Sweet ride! When I am ready I hope to be able to find one this clean.
