Z28 rear sway bar to install,
New shocks all around,
New upper control arm bushings on driver's side.(Les slob
said all good, not) :smoke:

Then I can focus on the body and interior...

As my handle implies, She's intended to haul Harley's, So I'll probably C-notch and bag it so I can load easier. Plus It looks cool lowered:sumo:

I like the stock hood too, but mine was used to crush nuts or something as it had inside dents. And I found this hood, new in the box, that the po bought it but had to sell his truck. It sat for 3-4 years in the box when he decided to sell it. The price was right, and with the rumors of the defective new hoods, I decided it was too good to pass on. Plus I've always wanted a cowl hood on a Camaro or Chevelle, and never got to.:waah: Now I have one, and I like it. Might even do some fat rally stripes in charcoal metallic.
I think I might also do the trim in charcoal metallic to match. The trim is pretty beat up, and way to expensive to replace. So I can repair it add a little bondo, then paint it up to match the rally stripes.
I'm probably going to do roll pans as well. With a hidden hitch of coarse.
I think it looks tough as hell low like that, and I can't wait to put the bags on the back.
But first, I just got my wiper delay about ten minutes ago, and here in the Seattle area, nothing is as important than dealing with the rain!

It's a completely new truck compared to before. I still feel a little slop in the steering, but I noticed that the driver's side upper control arm bushing was bad, so I attribute it to that. I ordered another one, and will install it when I can. It's so nice to be at a stop light and only have to rest my foot on the brake petal instead of having to keep constant pressure just to stay still!
Also I can feel that a$$ end up in the air like that. That should be remedied soon. With the new airbags installed, and the rear sway bar installed, it should be fun to drive finally.:metal:

Well, I got the wiper delay hooked up and working. I found a small add on unit on ebay for under $20 shipped, and set it to work. It took quite a while to figure out the wiring, the original wiring was off a bit, then had to figure out how to mount it. I finally decided to use the throttle knob as my wiper delay control. Here's the delay it the MXA041 out of Thailand. Took a couple of weeks to get it, but the price is right.
The dash looks factory.
