250/3sp to 350/TH350 swap
 

I have an 80 swb with a I6 and 3 on the tree and want to swap in a 350/TH350 long tail shaft (12"). Was wondering what all I need to complete the swap as far as the drivetrain is concerned. Pick N Pull is doing their half off everything sale so I want to take advantage.
