brake line diameter

Quick question here. Just wondering what diameter brake line to run from prop valve to front calipers, and to the rear drums? Installing ECE front disc conversion. 69 c10 2wd. Right now looks like 1/4 to rear drums, and 3/16 to calipers. I don't know what the previous owner may have done.

Factory brake lines on the 71-72 trucks were 3/16" diameter for the front and 1/4" diameter for the rear.
