Will Any Turn Signals Fit In A 74?

Hey guys my truck came with yellow plastic lenses only and I am wanting to use the stainless rings and clear lenses with a yellow bulb from the newer trucks.
Are there any alignment or other issues with this swap?

As long as you're talking 75-78 lenses you will have zero problems.
