For sale.....69 SWB 4x2, Price reduced

I'd like to sell it soon, as I have higher priorities to take care of like my new house that needs some work. If not, then hell, it won't hurt my feelings to have to drive it for a while longer. Anyways, I just went through the top end, and it seems to run awesome, but I've been having some problems with a on/off ticking sound coming around the header/cylinder head area. Have been told that there's a good chance it's lifters so those are going in next. Before I put it in somebody else's hands, I would like to put a hundred, or so, miles on it to be sure everything is in good working order since I have done the work on it. Btw, I live about 45 minutes north of Minneapolis, MN.

Some details: 1969 Chevy C-10 SWB, 4x2. Was an Oregon "city truck" in it's day.
-12 bolt rearend
-Great body, bed floor has surface rust.
-Needs front tires.
-Engine is a 396 from a '68 C-20. 400 head from '72, I believe. I can get the info on the heads again, or I can just give out the numbers on them.
-I bought the truck off of Ebay last year. When I bought it, the engine and tranny had approximately 15,000 miles on it since it's rebuild, according to the seller. I will tell you what all I know about the engine/truck off the top of my head:
-High compression pistons(not sure what CR, or brand)
-CraneCam 304 duration @.050 .553 lift
-Just replaced pushrods with CraneCam pushrods.
-lifters seem to be aftermarket, but I have not figured out what brand.
-rocker arms are stock.
-4 core radiator...thing stays coooool.
-flex fan
-B&M alternator
-turbo(?) 400 tranny..it has a....crap, the thing in the transmission that makes it grab harder. Man, that's embarrasing. Tranny cooler, also.
-B&M QuickSilver Shifter.
-Grant steering wheel(Yay.)
-I replaced the timing gear(Supercharger sound) with a Cloye's timing chain set, but still have the gear if you want it.
-Has like-new vinyl seats and ceiling pad. Very clean inside.
-I also have a posi-differential, but it has not been installed. Looks like an Eatons, which was rebuilt before I bought it. It has not seen the inside of a diff since.
-Bumpers have some kind of spotty rust..I'll see if I can't buff it out, or something.
-has lower gear ratio in the differential. I'm guessing in the neighborhood of 3.83's.
-Speed Demon 650 carburetor w/inlet kit
-Edelbrock intake and valve covers(there goes that spotty rust again)
-HEI distributor
-MSD 8.5mm plug wires
-new plugs, starter, fuel pump, collector gaskets, head gaskets, intake/exhaust gaskets, water pump gaskets, etc.
-Hmmm, I'm going to try and figure out my brothers scanner and see if I can't just post some pics.
-If I get some serious inquiries(whatever that means) I'll try and find out more about the x's and y's of the truck. However when I saw it on Ebay I had to have it. E-mail me if you have any questions. kennykangas@hotmail.com
-asking $7500/bo. Again, I am very willing to wait for the right buyer, so please don't try and lowball me down to $6000 or something. Believe it or not, I really do love this truck, but I can't justify keeping it.
