Headliner update
Quite a while ago I asked how to remove the foam from a older headliner. It was old and dammaged but not old enough to have turned to dust.
Tried many things , spoke to an upholsterer and never had much sucess. Yeserday while at Canadian Tire I noticed nylon wheels, same concept as wire wheels for your drill but not as likely to damage the hard cardboard backing. Tried it last night and 15 ninutes stripped half the headliner, you have to be careful around the edges if you are spinning the wrong way you could grab an edge. But if your careful this is the way to go. Makes a huge mess! don't let your wife in the room. Good luck |
Re: Headliner update
