That's quite a truck!

1 Ton dually, white with lime metallic. Silverado, camper special. 350, TH400 4.10 gear. Air, sliding rear window, dual tanks, customer order - somebody was serious about camping!

I like how they give the load information (front GAWR, rear GAWR, GVW) across the bottom.

I am the third owner. Previous rescued it from original in barnyard and did about 80% of the body work about 15 years ago and repainted it to teal and gold that was popular at that time. Had it about 8 years just drive it casually starting to show it age in some places.

I know a lot of former plant workers that wish they still built trucks like that in Baltimore.

Out of curiosity, where was this located in the truck?

Found it in the glove box in a plastic bag with the original owners manual and some other paper work from the dealer and invoices from the first two dealer oil changes.
Oddly enough I bought a 78 ford 1 ton dump about 15 years ago I am the second owner and found the paper work in the glove box where the truck was ordered from a local dealer and a late 50's ford was traded in for it

The one in my 78 was on the bottom of the seat between the foam an springs. It fell apart when I tried to remove it though :(

I've never found one in any of my collector vehicles (...except on top of the tank in my GTO).

I wish I had kept the paperwork from my truck when it was built. I never even thought of it until recently.

No - not of the build sheet. That only existed in the plant and therefore is only preserved in the vehicle.

The document from the Heritage Center is the "invoice", and looks like this:
