Factory tach wiring
 
Trying to get my factory tach working in the 81 K35. There was a thread a while ago with some diagrams,but I can't seem to find it.Any help would be great,TIA.

The 81 diagrams are in the back of the service manual. Look in my sig.

There are only 3 wires to the tach itself. You need a signal wire from the distributor to the tach, switched 12V+, and ground. The back of the tach is labeled as well.
