Auto Crossmember- very nice condition

I believe this is a auto crossmember, but hopefully someone else can confirm that. Came in a big lot of parts I got, thats why I'm not entirely sure. It is in very very nice condition. How about $75 shipped?

I think its a 4x4 crossmember missing 2 smaller brackets though
