4X4 Instruction Decal?

Where did the assembly plants place the 4X4 instruction decal for a 1972 GMC 2500?

Any photos?

Many thanks!

not really sure they had a specific spot. My 70 Chevy has it in the glove box door. Seems like I saw one on a 72 Jimmy in a different location, may be the drivers side kick panel but I don't think there is enough room there.

Most 72s don't have them. Since the transfer case knob has the pattern on it. You could have them several correct spots though. I prefer on the left side of the glovebox door front ,more towards the top. In 69' and 70' they were also put on places like between the visors and even on the heater box below the dash. I consider all to be correct. On my 71 I placed 1 on my glovebox door. Trevor

My '72 K20 has a hub instruction sticker between the visors.
