Crewcabshorty- I just did this a couple weeks ago replacing EVERYTHING on my dana 60 for my 91' crew cab. I basically started with a housing and bought every bearing, seal, bushing including new srw hub and rotors for mine. Changing the kingpins was not as hard as most posts you will read about. I bought a 7/8" Allen wrench from Grainger item #4RE72 for 27.00. I applied a little heat around the base of the kingpin and with the help of a 8' cheater pipe (1/4" DOM 2" tubing) slipped over the Allen wrench.... Pop! They came right out. You will be surprised how well they are in there. It took everything I had on the end of the cheater stick, lol. Installing them, clean the surface well, apply some red loctite and reverse the big cheater stick method. I've done this before and had years of daily driving with no problems. Just don't be afraid to lean on it when tightening them. Remember they were almost 600'lbs of torque from factory. Hope this helps.
