Looking for a flywheel cover for my '72 Cheyenne automatic 350 trans. Must be very nice with no cracks or missing tabs. Need pics.

I have one, metal dustcover, no cracks or missing tabs and is in nice overalll shape. $25 plus shipping? No pics right now but can do so later today.

I don't think they were metal -- I'm sure they were plastic. Maybe someone can chime in.

Earlier ones were metal from GM, later versions were plastic, also from GM. Not sure when they switched, I'm thinking in the mid to late 70's GM started the plastic covers. Let me know if interested and I will get some pics later today.

Looked at the spare 350TH metal dust / flywheel cover I have. No cracks or torn mounting holes. Does have a few minor dimples which can be massaged and looks from the inside has a drilled hole that was filled. Nothing to interfer with for use or mounting but are purely cosmetic issues. Would do $20 plus shipping, if interested let me know and also if you want pictures.

Casey, The cover I have I purchased as NOS but I do not believe it is. It has two small holes in it.

Hey guys the dust cover that came out of my 72 junker twd parts blazer was made of metal.Threw it out cause it was all rusted out with holes. Wish I kept it just to compare cause it seems there are a few different styles.

Casey I just hauled a truck in today that has a plastic cover on it I will try to get under it this week and see if it's any good

There is a guy on eBay that has TH400 and TH350 ACDelco NOS metal covers. I bought one for my 72 ¾ with a TH400 and it fit perfect. He has one more NOS TH350, item number 221319483356. I know you wanted plastic, but if you can do a NOS metal, I'd recommend it. I am happy with mine.

Thanks. Yes, I've seen those and still considering using metal. Right now, though, I'm still on the lookout for a good plastic one, since that's what was on it originally. Call me crazy but that's what I'm looking for :D

didnt know they put any plastic ones on the older trucks. learn something every day. i took a good metal one off from a 69 the other day. no dents that i saw. hope you find what your lookin for tho.
