Radio delete plates

1 Attachment(s)
Radio delete plates, $25.00 each shipped in the us

I have 4 early (ribbed style) and 3 later (smooth). All have the retaining clips on the back.

In my opinion the best condition is at the top working down to the ones with less factory paint or reprinted as the white one.

Re: Radio delete plates

My dash was cut up for an aftermarket radio and I've been wanting a delete plate. Can you give me the dimensions for the early and late style? Much appreciated.

Measured and they are the same 2" wide x7 1/2" long

Size is 2 wide by 7 long, the mounting tabs are spring loaded and slide the length of the plate ... Maybe measure your dash and let us all know

Re: Radio delete plates

I'll get a measurement tonight. I might actually be interested in one of each style if they fit, and I believe they will.

Had to stay late at work last night, but if you don't mind set aside the next best smooth plate for me.

Looks about the right size. 7.5" should just cover the holes for the control knobs. PM me info if you don't mind. Here is one for my year. Are the clips similar?

Any chance you have the Heater Control delete plate to fit a 64 dash?

sigshooter 11-24-2013 05:06 PM

Re: Radio delete plates

No, I can't say I have ever seen this plate in person

Re: Radio delete plates

Radio deletes are all sold....... I have 3 older 4 hole style heater delete plates left

Re: Radio delete plates

In case anyone else was interested, this delete plate is actually a little too thin to cover the holes on a 67-72. It isn't a big deal for me because I may be restoring a 60-66 in the near future, but anyone wondering in the future will have to wait for a 67-72 style one.
