Brakes?

I bought this truck and had it dropped with CCP control arms and Mcgaughys spindle and springs. I have called every brake manufacturer and they tell me they don't make aftermarket calipers for the Mcgaughys spindles. Do I just need to change spindles or is there any options out there. The truck is not a heavy half. It has the smaller 1" rotors

And yes this truck is all original with only 26k miles on it. What a barn find.
