WTB rear Tow Hooks for 72
Looking for a stock set of rear tow hooks for a 1972 Pickup.

I have a set of OE rear hooks, they are in nice condition, blasted epoxy primed. But, I can't get pics until Sunday. I the meantime, if someone offers up a set, grab 'em.

I believe I also have a set of those for sale not pictured in my threads. Ill have to look a bit more. If I find them ill get you a price. Itll be 85 dollars shipped for the set if I find them. Ill look tomorrow.

I dug them out! OE set of rear tow hooks. I've attached a picture of a OE set in the GM box. There are a lot of different types that look close, but these are OE. Only blemish is a few small torch marks from where I cut them off a old C30. They have been blasted and epoxy primed. I'll take $150.00 shipped. LMK, David

I don't think mine are OE, and I do not have the original box. I'm not at my shop but if I remember correctly(have to check later) mine do not have the ridge like Passmore's in the photo.

Are the installation instructions that DPassmore has posted show the tow hooks mounted to the web part of the frame as apposed to mounting them on the flange portion of the frame? Comments please.

Similar reaction to when I first saw/added front tow hooks ; I was surprised at how large these things actually are. Can anyone post pictures of these rear hooks mounted? Thanks Tbruz |
