Need help decoding VIN
My VIN
1968 GMC SUBURBAN. CE10LFB. WHAT THE HELL IS "L" Appreciate help... Motor is another can of snakes |
Re: Need help decoding VIN
Do you happen to have a pic of the vin.. Are you getting it off the door plate? Is the vin number in good shape or is it hard to read? Sometimes a trained eye can decifer a rough looking vin. I'm not the trained eye but there are a lot of them on this forum. Good luck

Re: Need help decoding VIN
Thanks fellas i got it. And i found out the mill in it is a 1973 malibu S/S 454 LS-4 wagon motor it had 4 speed and the motor was assembled on halloween 73 in Tonowanda at station 6 and then sent to Arlington TX as dealer option. Only 2500 S/S cars of which only 160 wagons and 15 were 454-4 Speeds!!!!
