99 C1500 Chevy Suburban AC Actuators

I have replaced the mode door actuator by the gas pedal and the blend door actuator on the back side of the blower motor on the passenger side.
Still no heat up front.

Is there another actuator somewhere?

Maybe control unit is bad?
