Today a buddy of mine was going through my glovebox and found some cool stuff.
One is the "vehicle warranty and owner protect plan"booklet. One of them is the "radio instruction sheet" One of them is the owners manual. And one is the "1969 chevrolet pre-delivery service and adjustment check sheet. This says the original owner is from this town.He bought it 11/6/68. |
love stuff like that.. can you scan that radio info sheet?
|
It is acctually and 8 page booklet.
I don't have a scanner. The digital cam I have is really and good.YOu can take pics and it looks good.Once you shrink it down. The letters get all messed up and you can't make anything out. |
bummer, id love to read that stuff!
|
i found a mickey of crown royal in my glove box the other day been there all winter
|
how long have you had that truck? usually whenever I get a new vehicle, I drive it around a bit to get used to it, then search the whole thing for cool stuff. I think I was about 1/2 hour into the ownership of my truck when I discovered the owner's manual and 1973 map of Minnesota, as well as a few other assorted items in the glove box. nothing as cool as the original ownership papers, though.

Wow....cool find. The only thing of intrest in my glovebox was the option sheet when i got my truck.
|
I've had it for about 4 months now.I don't know how I lived without it though.I really love that truck.
I knew the owners manual was in there.Just none of the other stuff. |

All my stuff was handed to me with longhorn #1...the owner's manual, window sticker, recall, warranty/protecto-plate and some other stuff.
