I don't remember mine having clips,just screws but it's been a while

"If" it's like a 72, there are 2 screws which you can see. Remove those.
Just start prying out on the old trim and it will come loose. A paint stick or screw driver with a shop rag on it works fine for this.
The clips are "pointy" kind of things that slide in the groove on the inside of the bezels.

any tips on getting out stubborn screws .... i stripped one of my screw driviers....im gonna try alittle WD tomorrow ..see if i have any luck

You can "tunk" your screwdriver with a hammer. On stubborn phillip screws I will use a 1/4" phillips bit and a speed handle so that I can push and turn at the same time.

I am surprised that you are having trouble with the screws as they should be stainless.

Sears sells two different types of tools kits to get out stripped bolts and screws,,,,,,i have both,,, they work great.1st is called "SCREW OUT".2nd is called "BOLT OUT",,,,anyone working on old vehicles should get them,PLUS,theyre craftsman,,gauranteed for life, screw set has 3 different sizes in the kit,and the bolt kit has 10 different sizes,,,i think it was like $40.00 for both,,,,jeff
