This is my first vehicle when i was 15, Im 25 now. The engine blew up in 2005 the day i joined the Army and it has sat ever since. I think its time to start bringing it back to life.

First let me say Thank You for your service to our country. Anything or any help I can be to you just let me know.

It looks like you have a great start there, .. what are your plans for it?

I was confused at how you knew I served at first then I remembered the Air Force sticker on the window. I put that there a long time ago and actually served in the army but thank you very much all the same. I've got my eye on a small block 350 and I have already installed drop springs in the front and blocks on the back to give it more of a street rod feel when it's done. I don't necessarily want to make a daily driver out of it but I also want to be able to make some noise comfortably when I'm done with it lol

.. the engine blew in 2005 the day I joined the Army .. :D

Just saying you served for all of us brother. I say Thanks every chance I get.

I was at Cracker Barrel the other night and there was an older gentleman there. Highly decorated you could just tell.. prob in his late 70s. He had a USS hat on of some sort.. but he was there alone. I called the waitress over and told her I wanted to pick up his check but I didn't want him to know until I was already gone. She smiled.. and said OK.

The waitress came back with just his check.. she told me my wife and I were on the house. The manager heard what I had done and just gave a little back..

Sometimes a Thank You goes a long way.. I truly mean it.

Any help / questions man.. let us know.
