Maybe Some Light At The End Of The Tunnel !!!

I loaded the ol girl up to get ready to take it to my buddy's shop. He is going to hang the sheet metal and line everything up. Also I'm getting a new fleetside bed from Southern Kentucky Classics in a couple weeks, so he's going to paint it also. I hope to have a lot of the loose ends buttoned up in the next few months. I had to laugh at it with the temporary "roller" tires and wheels.... Looks kind of homely.:metal:

Looks like a nice truck to start with. Like to see more of your build. Good luck with it.

Thanks Larry, it's been a slow process with working out of town most of the time.

At least we dont have to worry about anybody jacking them. Almost at the same point in the build. Your engine looks pretty nice. What are you running?

It started life as a 402 BB, now it's 427 cubic inch. It has Keith Black pistons, Trick Flow heads and cam, the intake is Eldelbrock Air Gap, for a carb I'm using a Quick Fuel 750. I'm getting pretty excited on finishing it so I can finally drive it. Yours looks to be about the same stage as mine. Thanks, Jason
