Cab removal question

Curious if this piece comes off. It's the blue piece basically the dash. See some bolts but not sure if it's wielded to the actual cab?Attachment 1190275

It can be removed you gotta take the 2 bolts out, remove the windshield then drill out the spot welds across the pinch seam at the base of the windshield.

Alright.... Not really necessary I guess if I'm swapping cabs?
