Craigslist find, what motor would this have?

Saw this on CL just now, the ad says 4 cyl turbo with 5 speed stick. What motor would this have in it?

there is an entire section over on 4btswaps for these engines. not as commonly swapped as the 4bt but i think they have a decent reputation.
