All,

I have been talking to a guy in Galt, CA that has a restorable orange K5 Highlander for sale. Has the original seats (need to be redone). Has been repainted white but the interior and eng compartment is still orange. He is not aware of what the Highlander package is, and it is not listed in the ad. He sent me pics of the SPID tag that indicate the Highlander code.

On Sacramento CA CL, search for 1972 chevy k5 blazer cst

He is asking $7500 but is negotiable. He sent me pics, so if anyone is seriously interested I can forward via email. I was thisclose to pulling the trigger, but the resto + shipping costs back to the midwest killed it for me.

At least he isn't asking for more money now that he knows its a highlander. Wish I had the money and still lived on the west coast. He didn't post any pics unfortunately.

Would he mind if you posted them here? ive only seen a couple highlanders pics. Might raise some eyebrows if it becomes a FS post but if it isn't yours I wouldn't see the harm.

Yep I'm guessing its sold. The way it looks I didn't think itd last long.
