Spring Swap

I was just wondering if anybody out there knew if the rear springs from the 73-79 4x4 pickups have the same dimensions as the 67-72 4x4 pickups. I've got it worked out to trade a decent cab from a 71 C10 for a set of 3/4 ton springs if they'll fit. I thought I'd better ask around before I went to pulling stuff off different trucks
