Practically new hood hinges. I don't know if the are OE or after market. They don't have any play in them.

My hinges don't seem to close the hood properly.also my hood does not pop open when the release is pulled.do you have any idea if your hinges will resolve either issue? If they would I will take them.

I'm new to the c10 so maybe you know what causes the hood to pop when the release is pulled?also what is the advantage of replacing the hinges with other brand/style?

I'm ok with buying them if someone can tell me if they will pop the hood or do I have another part causing this problem.i do think I need them as when I close the hood I have to push down near the hinges to get proper alignment.any help here?what causes the hood to pop open?
