What is this emblem.

I took this off my 84 K30. I know it is the cab trim piece but what is it. I have seen it on a Chevy and also a GMC. Most I see either have no trim or the band trim that wraps all the way around the back. What are these?

It's a Tee-Pee like the KOA symbol. I believe these denoted a Camper Special or something similar.

Learn something new everyday. I would have never thought a cab & chassis truck would have been a camper special. Thanks guys.
