965 gmc long bed wood
 

we need to replace the wood in the bed. does anyone have the wood sizes? we have replaced wood before in other trucks but always cut the wood. the wood is so bad that i can't even measure it. thanks for your help.

Go to a commercial lumber yard and buy your pine wood their, lowes and home depot are 3 times higher. We bought the pine for my 66 for $55.00 then cut it to Mar-K dimensions and it worked like a charm......I did cheat a little, got to pick thru a new load of pine myself and cherry picked the best boards......Kieth

we did have to modify the cuts later and make the grove deeper and wider to the outside of the board just to get some wiggle room.
