Changing dually wheels from one truck to another.

I am thinking about taking the Eagle 058's of my 85 and putting on my 84 C&C. What I am wondering is that the 85 has two inch spacers between the rims on the back of it and it looks like the studs from the rearend look fairly new. Would there be a possiblility that the 85 has longer studs due to the aftermarket wheels? I might have to just take a set of wheels of one side on both trucks and compare. My C&C just has factory steel rims with simulators on it.

My aftermarket wheels on my C&C work fine without longer studs. Your spacer, I'm guessing its to allow for wider tire clearance ?

Yeah the spacer is due to it having 285/75's on it. I had the rear wheels off the drivers side a while back and had noticed the rear studs on the axle looked like new and it just made me wonder. I will go ahead and try and swap them over as soon as this cold weather gives up a little bit. Thinking about getting rid of the 85 and want to see how the Eagles look on the C&C.

I figure you've probably seen the thread on my C&C. The wheels really set it off. You see slicked up duallys now and then, but a slicked up C&C is something I've never seen many of.

I have followed your thread from the start as it reminds me of mine except it's a K30. Thinking about putting a CM SS flat bed on it as soon as I can and a repaint.
