Need transfer case swap info....
 

Just picked up another 67 3/4 ton and looking to swap the T221 transfer for the NP205. (as well as a 14bolt rear) Can anyone tell me exactly whats involved and the parts needed? I wish the search was working because I know this has been covered MANY times.

I assume the crossmember will be the NP205 version from a 69-72? What about shifter location? Driveshaft longer from the increased angle? Front driveshaft? Speedo hookup? SM420 issues?
