Stock Exhaust Manifold Flange
 

I have stock manifolds on 5.7 and am installing an 89006 Dynomax dual lit on my 83 C3500 GMC Dually tow rig project.
The flanges provided in the kit are 2.25" ID (proper size for the kit) but the bolt circle is too big.

Anyone got a solution?

I can hog out the slots on the flanges provided, but not crazy about that approach. The old exhaust flanges are for 2" pipe.
