one ton tailgate
 

I am looking to make a replica 1 ton tailgate with the lights on the gate . any help with the correct lights or wiring ?

I got a kit from lmc it comes with a harness and all, It looks good but i found it kinda cheaper quality. You will just have to find a template or measurements for where to drill holes in your current tailgate "i used my buddies other 1 ton for a guide". But all together i thought it was a good kit for the money.

pretty much what i said before the server screwed me and said it was too busy to post my reply, and i made a joke about a one ton tailgate being a really heavy tailgate!

Not sure if it matters or not but the only thing I saw bad about these is that they are chromed plastic instead of metal.

The ones I saw on amazon are black plastic (there is another set on amazon that have chromed plastic) and are identical to the ones that I believe are stock on my 911 ton crew cab. I have only ever seen the plastic, never seen metal ones.

And btw....
My local Orielly's carries the LED ones individually for @ $5 each.
