Help needed to identify these mirror arm's

I know they are for a chevy what year or make I'm not sure. I going to sell them I just want to make sure I don't have the holy grail

very interesting. I have a 1960 cast iron mirror arm with the bend in it, but its a long arm. I was told it was a factory arm for the fender mount spare conversion, but its the only one I've ever seen, and I know it oem, as cast iron doesn't bend.

Ive seen in some old pics where a lot of the fire/ems vehicles had some odd mirror arms that were placed on the hoods for clearance, but the short arms are whats throwing it off....normally I see long arms. Very cool, and hopefully someone else has the answer.
